What he means is, the actual core gameplay of Halo 3 requires more depth than Killzone 2. And it does. Hell, even Counterstrike has more depth than Killzone 2.

FEAR is not top ten, by any means. there are many, many better shooters than FEAR. FEAR had some great moments, but also alot of the game is boring, dull, and repetitive.
Half-Life, Halo, Goldeneye, any one of the Dooms, Turok 2, Far Cry, one of the Quakes, i mean there are so many more better shooters out there. This is just some dumb site that no ones heard of and they dont know what they are talking about.

we 360 owners are still enjoying many games that may be older but they are still amazing. Not only that but we've recently gotten a few exclusives and a ton of multiplats.
But We are not fickle like you people, who need a new favorite exclusive title every few weeks. So this subject doesnt bother us much really. Xbox 360 exclusives have very long and lasting value.

well yea in the case of WoW of course piracy doesnt bother it. Most piracy is done with games that only have single player modes, because pirated games cant play online (they need one of those one-time use Key numbers) unless you do some annoying tweaking in order to play. Its games like Fallout 3, Crysis(Crysis has MP but SP is worth getting it alone) Fear 2(Same thing as Crysis), stuff like like that.
seeing is how ODST will have no multiplayer component, and Halo 3's multiplayer will still be the only multiplayer, i can see why spartan skins will clash with elite skins. Props to the idiot that successfully wrote this article.
yea its a good thing they are doing this. Most likely consoles will benefit from this, and its a good move on Crytek's part because that means they will make money off of console games. Its hard to imagine how they make money right now with all the PC piracy going around. I was at my buddy's house the other day playing Crysis on his kickass PC. Of course he got Crysis from the Pirate Bay though. See what i mean? There are thousands more that do the same thing.

the shotgun WAS gears 1's multiplayer though. thats what made it great. Watching a shotgun 1v1 battle was like watching a sword fight or something, there was a strategy to it. I mean everything had strategy to it, but the shotgun was the dealbreaker most of the time. When everything else failed, you whipped out the handy shotgun, it was fool-proof. gears 2 changed all of that, which make people who suck at being good happy and pissed off the die hards.
gears of war 1's gameplay is some of the most superior gameplay ive ever played, especially online. Im a die hard Gears 1 player, and Gear 2 was a major disappointment to any die hard fan, but to the casuals, my complaints will mean little difference, they will love the game, and if they do, great for them i guess.
Chainsawing people was much harder and more balanced in Gears 1, now they made is super easy for bad players.

All Halo Wars did was advertise cutscenes from the game, i hardly call that duping your audience since many games show only story material in commercials anyways.
Seeing is how Halo Wars is one of most praised console RTS's of all time, and is also the best selling console RTS of all time, id say thats at least a little bit of something this year wouldnt you?
